I have been spending quite a time now looking for certain property links. such as where CON is added to Health, WIL to stamina. all these dependecies seem to be hardcoded into the engine. i would  like to tweak those values a bit.

http://social.biowar...ture_Properties - Check under PROPERTY_TYPE_DEPLETABLE. According to that (haven't tested myself yet), removing the Enginelink field in the properties.xls should get you what you need.
