i recently purchased a brand new copy of mass effect 2 but when i tried to activate the cerburus network code it told me it was already in use. i have esked in a number of places but i have had no help yet.
if anyone has any advice please help.
i have tried multiple times to activate it but it is still not working.
please help.

I have the same broblem and sent a E-mail to EA but NO E-mail back. I think we have to update the game with the PC patch! Were to download the patch i don't no! :alien:

It was updated via Origin from: v1.00 to v1.03 and it is still a problem: CERBURUS CODE ERROR!!!!

Bad form. Resurrecting a two year old thread is bad etiquette. And it sounds like you're on PC thus compounding the error.

If it's just the code giving you issues then you'll have to get back in contact with EA support (having made sure you have inputted it correctly of course, eliminating silly mistakes); a fellow gamer can't do much more for you with regard to code issues.

It have worked yesterday for the first time and what i did was: downloaded the free items.
Today the same CERBURUS CODE ERROR, it is the dam bad Origin thing, not the DVD MF3.
I tryed it out with no DVD and the same problem is still there! EA seport i found it on the DVD with telephone and E-mail and it is in Amsterdam!!! The English seport is big ****, you turn around for 6 hours, no answers!!!!
