Hello quick question is the only way to get the Reaver Specialization through tainting the Urn in the mountains above Heavan?  Or can I buy it from a merchent somwhere?  I already did that section and would like to be a Reaver. 

Also is there a new game + in this game where you can start over with things like specializations and stuff like that?

Yes

Once you've gotten a specialization, all new chars can spec it
