Agreed that Cryo Blast is great but doesn't really need more than a point. I only ever managed to hit multiple targets with Full Cryo Blast once — when three Collectors were clustered around a corner from me.
As far as I'm concerned, though, it was worth the extra 9 points just for that moment when I had my own private collection of Collector ice sculptures.
