What we heard from Tali are short term implications of her scrogging with Shepard.  There could be long term health problems which have yet to develop.  This may be determined by whether or not her uterus came into contact with any of Shepard's yoghurt.

I think you are a bit obsessed with Tali, maybe you should calm down and remember that you are in fictionland here, where in-context science only applies 66% of the time.

Probably because not every sexual encounter results in a pregnancy.  It's the same with humans afterall.
