Mordin spoke with Shep about it. He also didn't seem terribly concerned with him.

Mordin is a Salarian, he hasn't lived long.  He probably doesn't have a very deep understanding of Quarian physiology to begin with.  I wouldn't take his advice as being reliable.

I honestly have no idea if you're being serious or not, but just incase you are, there is no risk of empregnanting Tali, nor of transferring STDs to her. Its a biology thing.

He's over 30 and in terms of Salarian maturation rates he's about the equivalent of a 60 or 70 year old human. His 16 year old nephew is a tenured professor himself. Mordin knows what he's talking about.

Doubt it's even needed. This whole thing about "toxic fluids" is pretty silly even if it wasn't a troll -- as Mordin pointed out the toxicity comes into picture when one ahem, ingests, because it causes the digestive system try to do its job like with any other food. She is having/had an immuno response to foreign biologic matter.  If you choose to think in your immaturity that this biologic matter was Shepard's "man yoghurt" then fine.
Just know that it is far more likely that her symptoms were caused by simply by being exposed to dust/pollen/absolutelyanythingelse that just happened to be floating around in the air she was breathing once her suit's hard seals were cracked open, or even the mites on Shepard's sheets.

With an immune system as weak as a Quarians, all it would presumably take for symptoms to show would be the tiniest bit of any foreign matter.  Quarian breathes unscrubbed air, dust mite gets in, Quarian's immune system begins to adapt to/overwhelm the invading biologic.  Due to the weakened state of the Quarian's immune system, the fight is an uphill battle that could take days rather than the near-instant response a normal, healthy human on average enjoys.  The 'sickness' you see is the collateral damage caused by the battle.

But yeah, sure.  "Man yoghurt."  Whatever.  Kids these days, I swear.

It might be worth noting that Tali is a mammal... she has breasts. It is reasonable to suspect that the plumbing is compatible, unlike Garrus, who is a bird with metal feathers.
