No, but in Tali's case it is an exception.  We're talking about an alien species with such a weak immune system that a sneeze from a human could kill her.  Speculating about the hazards Shepard's toxic yoghurt may incur upon her health is fair game.  I think the early symptoms are a sign of some concern.

What starts as a cough and a fever could soon turn into rashes, bloody vomit, blindness, anal discharge and death.

Tali said she wanted to go all natural, and they already explained that she took immuno-boosters and aphrodes.. err.. "herbal supplements" exactly for that reason. She said that becoming seriously ill was a risk, but they already minimized it as much as possible.

What Pauravi said. She's taking tons of imuno-boosters, aphrodes, and Quarian herbal supplements. Not to mention that not everything that effects us will effect Quarians in the same manner. We do know that if... hell lets just make this topic as awkward as possible. We know from what Garrus said I believe from what he said, I can't remember but Turian sperm is like acid to us so more or less it would rip the insides of female Shepard. Whos to say if we tapped it that our "FTL drives" for a lack of a better word are now ashes. Which they aren't because they probably would have said something already.

There is no need to be onserned. Tali just said these symptoms to make herself look vulnerable.



One must have a sensitive immune system to have any allergic reactions. And the immune system of a quarian is barely functional. Besides, it is impossible for whatever bacteria or virus might have been transmitted to survive in the environment based on complete different amino-acid sturcture.
