Of course she's fictional but her well being is tied to her continued prevalance as a character in the Mass Effect universe.
If Shepard shot toxic yoghurt inside her, it could make a lot of Tali fans unhappy in Mass Effect 3.

Seeing as how we already know what happens by using New Game +, I think it's safe to assume that you's a trollin'.

I think the mere micro level amounts of dead skin that falls off your body in the constant cycle is enough to destroy her sinuses or breathing organs for a week.



I think coming in contact with a condom made from Cerberus would probably give her a rash or cause enough friction to destroy her sexual reproduction organs.

So probably no rubber.
