I am trying to get my cerberus code taken care of and when I log into the Bioware website with the email address I used to create it (my gamertag)  and go to redeem code and under my email address this is what I see

None


Anybody feel like helping a Newb out? If it helps my gamertag is already linked with Ea.

You need to redeem content on the same EA account your gamertag is linked too. When you create a Bioware Social Account it is either associated with an existing EA account, or a new EA account is created that it is linked too.



To link a gamertag with the EA account linked to your Bioware account you go to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do, login in with the email address and password associated with your account here. Then click on Add Persona and add your gamertag.



However if you have ever linked that gamertag with another EA account it won't work. If that's the case you have two options.

1) If there is no content listed on your http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page, then you could simply abandon this account. Login in with the EA account the gamertag is linked too, and choose a new username, and just go from there.



2) Contact EA Support and have the gamertag linkage transferred from the old account to this one.

when i try to enter my gamer tag it says that it already exist yet it still keeps saying none

is there a phone number i can call for EA support? Ive been running around for the past hour trying to get my content.

MY content is already linked to my email from when i put the code in prematurely. MY gamertag is somehow not linked here. And i dont remember having an existing EA account link somewhere.
