 Hi, first of all, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, I didn't know if I should have put this in the technical support forums or this one 

After defeating Benezia and releasing the Rachni Queen, should there be a cutscene or something to tell me what to do, because I have gone all the way back to the Normandy and have seen nothing to tell me I have completed the mission. 
Have I forgotten to do something?

Also, when I activated the purge in the Hot Labs, Ashley died and I could not revive her before I had to go to the elevator, now I only have one team-member going around with me on Noveria. Is there a way to get her back?

If I remember correctly you just go to the exit on the other side of the room, think that takes you back to the train then when you hit the control the mission ends. But if you can't revive a squad member and the mission isn't ending I'm guessing it's a bug, looks like you'll have to pick up from a previous save

For the Hot Labs: Once you hit the elevator button all fallen team mates should show up in the elevator revived. If they didn't you've got a bug. Make sure the game is patched and go back to your save.



After Benezia: You just exit the room and take the tram back, there is only one unlocked door so you can't go anywhere else. Once you get on the tram it will take you back to the Normandy for a debrief.

I had a couple of times when squad members went MIA during assignments. When I returned to the Normandy, they were there.
