Looking forward to making Mr. Howe a permanent member of Zethar Cousland's party. Loghain fought well against the Archdemon at his side, after the Joining was forced on him, and this will be no different.

Some people say we should give him an opportunity to clear the family name.

But we already did that when we told the king/queen not to go after Howe's family, that we did not believe them to have been involved. (well those of us who said that)

Would make little sense saying that his grandad would not like what has become of the grey wardens if he was indeed Orlesian. Or have the Orlesian GW changed a lot over the last century?

Though that might be towards your PC and Alastair who broke the GW code of not meddling in politics.

Getting the latest comic page is all nice and fine... but what would really have gotten me excited about Awakening, would have been a dev comment on "patch" 1.03

That code doesn't apply in the Anderfells though, where the GW are the strongest ... but I was just being silly, throwing out conspiracies for consideration as there is no tracking info available on my Awakenings order yet.

I always felt bad whenever Alistair wanted to kill Loghain. Especially when Loghain basically showed that he really did love Anora, and that she was never in any danger from him.

Unfortunately, I've yet to make a character who lets him live. I'm hoping to change that sometime soon.(Letting him live is a tad detrimental to the relationship with Alistair. And considering the two characters I've played through Origins with have both been involved with Alistair..)

It's on my to do list, along with finally romancing Zevran.

I know! I still haven't let him live and it's on my list of things to do. Maybe I can run one of my old saves to let him survive.

Zevran is on my list as well. I just keep hopping on the Alistair train.

I wonder how many people who dont find a reason to keep Zevran alive (who has no interest in another attempt at killing you) because they do not trust him, will keep Nataniel alive (who seems to state that he will try again)...

Personal opinion on the character? From the comic and the short trailer: Meh.
From the little we have seen, he seems like the character I can least understand why I would take him along... in any game I have played so far.

Just saw the trailer - the GW in the trailer is hot. It looks lite Nate might be 1/2 vampire.
