First, my question. ME2 allows you to continue your game after you beat the Suicide Mission which is the end of the game. You can continue any unfinished quests and/or play any future DLC. My question is this, when ME3 comes out and you import your ME2 character it will import based on what you had finished when you completed the Suicide Mission correct. Any thing after that will not be included. Am I right about this?
Second, my only gripe about the game. I love the Legion character. I was so excited when I found out I could have a Geth squad mate. My gripe is that Legion is the last squad mate you can get. If you want to save the crew after being abducted with no crew casualties then you must use the Omega 4 relay immediately after the crew is abducted. The only mission you can complete without losing the crew is Legion's loyalty quest. So basically, I just got this awesome squad mate and can only use him to finish the game if I want zero deaths on my hands. I hate that. I also hate how no one acts differently when you do have Legion in your squad. I went to the Citadel and I'm walking around with a Geth looking at model ships and no one says a word?
Any thoughts are appreciated, but these are just my opinions so no need to be nasty. Thanks.

1. No, any save in the "load game" screen that has completed the collector ship mission is importable (if you beat the game, then get miranda's loyalty after the end, then save, that save can be imported and miranda will have been loyal in ME 2).

I was a little disappointed at the lack of Legion talk and such as well. But you can actually get him before one squad mate. You only need to complete 2 of the final 3 dossiers before you can go for the IFF and get him. You can actually get him before Tali and take Legion to her recruitment and loyalty mission, which ends up being mildly amusing.

Yeah if u like legion when u paly through it again get him as soon as the collector ship comes up hes great to bring to talis mission and u get alot more dialouge with him and everything, u can afford to loose your squad on one playthrough. he is my favourite new character, and i think alot of people dont get to know him enough becuase hes given to you so late normaly
