If you release Jowan from the prison in Redcliffe castle and tell him you never want to see him again a quest then appears on the Chantry Board where you have to go search him out and either help him out or kill him. Supposedly a new map marker named Jowan is supposed to appear once you accept this assignment, however, mine continues just to stay on the board no matter how many times I've accepted it and no new marker is placed on my map. Has anybody else had this problem or?
