Will these be significant eventually?

Since I don't usually take Dog with me, I never ran into that. Is it worth taking him? I know he can fetch things, but seems like a mediocre fighter and doesnt look nearly as cool as Sten in the Juggernaut armor.

Dog is awesome. Do not disrespect the Dog. I feel sorry for enemy mages once he gets Overwhelm.

Actually, gives entire party a boost I believe. If you give him a chance, Dog is a pretty good fighter.

I echo Addai67 the dog is a killing machine and once he gets overwhelm look out! He takes some micro-managing. Pee on the landmarks for party and self stat boosts, let him "clean up the mess" after every battle (which gives him boosts) and give him some Str, a little Con, and some Dex and he is nigh unstoppable. Most advocate pure strength for it, but I find if I add a little con and dex he is almost indestructible.
