I'm using the proper URl:
http://social.biowar...p?dest=checkout

but when it asks me to verify my password it insists that every password I try is incorrect. I am using the password for logging in to the social site, along with a number of my other common passwords, but it is not accepting any of them. I have tried logging out of the social site and back in to confirm I am not mis-typing the password and have attempted this with both IE and firefox.

Need some help here.

Really? No help here at all? I fully admit maybe I'm missing something obvious. Maybe this is covered in some other post somewhere. Maybe there is some sort of character restriction on the points login that isn't there for the social site? I ran into that already with ME2's Cerberus Network game menu login. If someone can at least point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

I'd like to give Bioware my money, please. Mods? Anyone?

Wow, what do I have to do to get some help here? Who do I need to contact? Tried to follow the directions to report an site error from the points page, and was directed here. I come here, and not only get no response to the thread but no response to any of the PMs sent to the Mods.
