Hi,
I've created a new level, and I'm looking at a basic 64x64 level, but I can't see pretty much anything it's so dark.  It's midnight dark, how do I shift time and make it like it's noon and lighten everything up?

I can't seem to find any light switches in the toolset menu(s) tha would allow me to turn on or off different lighting effects from the newly created level screen.

Click on the + sign at the top of the page to 'define' the area of your level. (Drag the green square with the mouse to make it bigger and give the it a 'layout name'. Once you do this your lighting should be better.
