Well... I would put Jack higher in the ratings. Other then that these seem good bets.

Why? I doubt Geth are designed for extreme strength. They'd have some, but I doubt enough to beat a genetically perfected Krogan.

I think it may come down to whther they can use biotics, because it seems that a biotic powered punch is much more powerful than physically possible. Thus likely an arm with sustained biotic strength would be stronger than physically guessable

Don't forget that Miranda has "genetical modifications" that grant her additional strength. So I'd think she would be further up on the list.

Other than that I mostly agree ith the OP's list (well maybe swap Samara and Thane, and Tali and Mordin)

I put Jack at the bottom because, despite being through a lot of physical hardships and her extreme biotic powers, she's pretty damn skinny. I know there's more to strength than pure muscle mass (and in arm wrestling, technique plays a big part), but I can't imagine her being a serious competitor in pure strength.

And yeah, Grunt would definitely beat Legion. I know people tend to associate robots with extreme strength because they're made of metal and they're machines and all that, but a machine that can mimic an organic creature's wide range of motions and fluid movement is going to do so at the compromise of how much force they can exert.

2. Legion (He's a robot, made of "futuristic" alloys.)
3. Garrus (Turians are a lot stronger than humans in general.)
4. Shepard (Has some cybernetic implants.)
5. Zaeed (Guy looks like a tough SOB)
6. Jacob (He's a fit dude, just not on Zaeed or Shepard's level)
7. Thane (He could be strong, but we really never see how strong a Drell can be.)
8. Miranda (She's pretty tough, but she's on a list with some elite soldiers/ assassins.)
9. Jack (Butch, but outclassed by Miranda's genes.)
10. Mordin (Salarians might be stronger than they appear, but he's old.)
11. Samara (Asari have never really been the physically strong type.)
12. Tali (Nothing has ever hinted at her having a lot of arm strength.)

1. Grunt : He's a God-damn Krogan. A "Perfect"  Krogan at that.
2. Garrus: He managed to pull the poll out of his ass, and can beat people to death with it. No small feat.
3. Shepard: He's a Cyborg, now. I'm sure Cerberus made him physically stronger.
4. Jacob: Probably the buffest human character in the series, so far.
5. Legion: I'm not sure how strong synthetic muscle would be.
6. Thane: Being the skilled hand-to-hand combatant he is, He'd have to be pretty strong.
7. Miranda: I bet one of her genetic modifications includes strength increase.
8. Zaeed: Although I'm sure he's awesome in a fight, he's really old.
9. Samara: Even older.
10. Tali: Life on the flotilla cant be too physically demanding. But I was tempted to place her higher for the epic pounce.
11. Jack: She's strong willed. But I wouldnt think she's strong physically.
12. Mordin: Salarians arent the strongest creatures in the galaxy. Even awesome ones like Mordin.

Yeah, I know, the brittle bones and all.  But what he does is, he tries to take his hat and turn it around, and it's like a switch that goes on.  And when the switch goes on, he feels like... another person.  Like a truck, a machine.

1.Grunt: "A moving wall of hard scales and steel", he's a perfect krogan, easily the strongest in the group.

2.Shepard: Knocks out turians by punching them in the stomach, genetic/cybernetic modifications, near-superhuman.

3.Garrus: Turian's tend to be stronger than humans from the get go, also he's one tough turian.

4. Thane: People might disagree with me here, but I read that Drell have denser musculature than humans, also seeing the ease in which Thane snaps necks shows he's pretty strong.

5.Zaeed: He's ripped, but getting kind of old, kind of a wild card.

6.Miranda: I don't know the extent of her strength due to genetic modifications, but I'm willing to bet it places her relatively high on the list.

7.Jacob: Well trained soldier, but I don't think he has many advantages to put him ahead of anyone else.

8.Legion: A geth infiltrating unit, probably no more strength than a geth trooper, which seemed like normal human grunts.

9.Samara/Morinth: Normal females essentially, value biotics way over physical strength.

10.Tali: Just a normal quarian female, probably not all that strong.

11.Mordin: He was part of the STG, and his fast metabolism might help him outlast opponents maybe? But he's a salarian, and a very old one at that.

12.Jack: She looks emancipated and should throw on some clothes.
