Does the Helm of Honnleath upgrade if you sell it to the Levi merchants? Its one of the best rogue helms in the game but the tier is so low...

I hope for a mod for this myself, it's a great helm but eventually it looks like whoever is wearing it just bought an expensive shiny new set of armor but is still wearing the same helmet he's had since high school, heh. I'd love a Silverite version of it at least.

If you're playing the PC version you can always mod it to be silverite and balance out the material upgrade by changing the difficulty of Kitty to boss, or elite boss.

The tier is superficial, it is a fantastic helmet considering it only has a 20 strength equip cost. The armor buff gives it more armor than most massive helmets and it has the stat buffs on top of it.
It would be a terrible helmet to upgrade because it is actually considered a heavy helmet. That would mean you would need 38 strength to equip it. The few helmets that are actually are about as good or situationally better than the Helm of Honnleath are equipable with 42 strength. Upgrading it would just give yet another Warrior helmet that has none of the ridiculous bonuses, like say Corruption gets.
