I burnt both the disc to my drive and when i went to do the mission with tali  I came in talked to her friend and it jumped to the audio line you get once you have completed killing the geth then all the quarians were lined up in the corner of the room  in 4 rows of 3 single file and their was blue boxes for talking to people only no one was there  and you couldnt walk through them 

Any ideas to why this would happen

Bioware you might want to check for similar glitches i think it because i have both disc burnt to the drive. i reloaded the mission and it didnt happen again but i choose different dialog optoins so im gonna go back and see if it is a one time thing or if its depent on the order of the dialog you choose.  PEACE

That happened on my 360 once on that same mission so it's not that you burnt it to your drive. I just restarted the mission and it didn't happen again. I've also had the music cut out a couple times during cutscenes.
