After getting my account from DA: Journeys linked to my xbox I can no longer load any of my games because it says that I don't have my memory ring.  When I checked my HDD it shows 2 promo packs (DA:J and Gamestop preorders I assume).  Has anyone else had this problem?  How do I fix this problem?  I don't want to have to start my characters over.
