I've just killed her (the demon possessing her or whatever). I wanna know what are the consequences if I accepted her deal and let her go in to the world?
Please, I don't wanna know what happens in the choice I made, just in the one I didn't.

None really except you have to kill Avernus in his tower (a much harder fight than in the main castle because of his preset glyphs), and you don't get the Warden Commander's Armor (which is really nice armor especially for an AW in the early game). You don't even get an approval drop IIRC. The only thing that happens is Levi commenting that he didn't think letting her go was wise and you might regret it later (but you never do during the game).
