Looking at main campaign dialog files

Currently, the base files that are used to create the game's campaign aren't available, but obviously the resources used by the game itself are right there and can be accessed. I can get at the DLG files quite easily, but when I open them in the toolset I get a very unfriendly display of the raw data structure. Is there a way to open this in a friendly conversation editor ala the one you can use on dlg files that are in a module database?
