WTF! after getting captured in fort drakon for first time it is said that there is a chest for my taken items but there isn't and when i left the fort it is said that i will retrieve my items but i don't what can i do?

Was the chest not there, or was it empty?
It should have been to the left as you leave the cell, but in the same room as the cells.
If its just your normally equipped items, were you still in Disguise when you were captured? The Disguise is supposed to be removed when you go down to the dungeon, and if it isn't it can get stuck on and interfere with getting the regular armor and weapons back.
Whatever the case you likely need to reload an earlier save.

no i was not at disguise. Like you said it was removed when i go down to the dungeon. then i surrendered. left the cell by persuading the guard to come in and there was no chest at all.
the biggest problem is there isn't an earlier save. I was using quick save so I am out of solutions?

No autosave at all?
If might be possible to use the runscript zz_den_debug console command to jump to area : Fort Drakon then go all the way back to the cell block and see if the chest is still there. (Its outside the cell, near the doorway)

okay i found the chest but its empty. nothin in it. i can't even open the chest, there is no sparkels on it and it can't be open

The game won't return the main characters items when you opt to break out of jail. Beat the girl to avoid capture after rescuing the queen, or elect to have group mates break you out to get your main characters gear back. Horrible bug to have been overlooked so long.

Er that's not true. All but once (so say 4-5 times) I've decided to break myself out of Fort Drakon and I've always gotten my gear back from the chest.
