There are a couple key elements to this fight.
Firstly there are alot of assassins in this fight that will mark you for death. Try to get them to be on your tank Alistair. It really helps if you have improved shield where you are immune to backstabs. Have him use his AoE Taunt on the assassins then take them out with Zevran.
Second DON'T let Jarvia backstab you. A couple backstabs and you could be taking a dirt nap. Ideally you want to position yourself where you aren't getting backstabbed at all. If you are getting backstabbed you need to move plain an simple.
Thirdly don't follow Jarvia to her trap ridden fort. If she's bowing you thats a good thing because she'll be doing less damage and should give your healers or time to down a healing pot.
Lastly, you might want to think about having your tank drink a rock salve or maybe everyone if you got it. It improves your armor by 10 which significantly reduces the damage you would be taking.
To sum up keep everyone in front of you with your tank taking the lead. Drink a rock salve and you should be golden to finish this fight. Use and CC if you got it and make sure Jarvia is NOT backstabbing you.
