count me in the naked pissed off warden category, what a lame move by Bioware.



I finished ME2 + current DLC, i rebought ME1 (played the first on PC) and am replaying it to replay ME2 with that character. I bought DAO:A on release day with a preorder, and i get shafted cause i bought every DLC?

i keep seeing that people are gonna lose marics sword and duncans sword but you dont you get all the rto but for some odd reason no wardens keep apparently a bug crawled up biowares ass

I agree with a lot of people on this thread. I'm really very annoyed that they didn't carry the biggest parts of the DLC over. I mean, armour from RTO? I gave Cailen's weapon and armour sets to Alistair for personal and probably obvious reasons (in my DAO 1st completion, I made Alistair king). But why not carry over anything else from the other DLC? Shale not appearing isn't much of a problem for me, she was just a helpful character but I completed WK hoping to carry over my awesome Grey Warden's Commander Armour, only to start DAOA naked...not cool, really not cool Bioware.

Bioware has been quite possibly my favorite gaming producer for the last god knows how many years, KOTOR, KOTOR2, ME, ME2, and DAO. I just hope they take heed of their fans and make a patch to resolve this problem...I really hope so.

Found this on the FAQs area of the Awakening page:

"Will my items, armor, stats, etc transfer over if I import my
character from Dragon Age: Origins?

Almost all items are imported with your character. The only
exceptions are the Origins promotional items and DLC loot, which were
meant for Origins alone."
