How do I get my player profile points to add up and buy return from Ostagar

i've unlocked all of this achievements but it doesn't show up when i want to buy downloadable content why is that

You can't use those points to buy DLC. You must purchase Bioware Points with real money to purchase DLC.. Go to Profile->Add Bioware Points to add points to your account.
