I'm writing this to get feedback from people concerning squad tactics.

Every time I give an order to hold a position, my members always leave their assigned spot, move forward to attack the enemy beyond the positions I directed them to post at, etc.   Am I missing something?

It seems to me that they are the ones directing the fight most of the time and I end up micro-managing them so they stay alive.
