The upgrade system can be further expanded upon with a S.T.A.L.K.E.R esque upgrade system for guns and weapons. I enjoyed the new weapons and armor in ME2, but to further customize and personalize them for each of us giving indivual upgrade "trees" may be a good idea for future DLC or ME3. Also it may go well with hammerhead missions, and another use for our many minerals.
