Hello all.  I am just wondering if many people are having simular problems as me when it comes to their character profiles not updating? My character is here and he is listed as level 2 (last updated 11/04/09) but really in game my character is level 13 and I played a bit this morning?

Any info is appreciated.

yeah, been having the same problems. i'm also 13 now and it says 6 on the site lol

First of all, do a manual save. That will upload your profile. Quick and auto saves does not update your characs. Other things you should watch out for are, like the obvious, make sure you did not get a connection error and got logged out.



According to some posts I found, apparently if you start the game from the exe and not the launcher, you can't upload your profile either. (Not confirmed personally)

My char is still listed as level 1, almost as though it's the char i created with the char creator. It does say: Last updated 2009-11-06 19:12:31 but it's lying ;p

I know I've had plenty of upload problems with my 360 copy.



Firstly, with the first couple of characters I made took around 12 hours to show up.



And sometimes when I have made a new character, it uploaded without a character model or portrait, and, of course, they wouldn't update after multiple manual saves. I think I know what might cause that glitch tho; as I think I may have created and saved those characters without being logged in, then logged in when I saved them after that.



In these cases I just delete the character and try again. Doing so lets me refine my character building anyway, so I haven't gotten too frustrated yet.....

My characters show up from when I created them in the Character Creator, and I'm starting to see achievements, but none of my characters are updating, no images, nothing. =\\

No sooner do I post this, but as soon as I clicked from Story back to character, my characters updated. O.o And I checked them just before posting this so as not to feel like an idiot for posting and being wrong.

Mine isnt showing up, im l;evel 17 and it think im level 9 still, havent updated for 2 days or so

Im on XBox 360 and my character isnt showing at all. My first one did but I den created a new and deleted that one and since then it it has not updated. I say that it updated 2 hours ago but still it is saying "0 Characters".
I have created atleast 5 characters but none of them has shown up. Now I have deleted all but my main character to se if it will be updated but no. I played all night last night.

No achivements, no pics, nothing.

My character profile also isn't updating. It stopped at level 4, but my achievements update pretty much instantly. PC version with normal saves.

Maybe it has so,mething to do with that I made my first character through another XBox 360 account by misstake. But I was loged in to the same Bioware/EA account.



I hope a Dev can come in and help us later.

Getting the same issue, screenshots and achievements are updating but not character level, gear, status or anything.   So lame

Same problem here, my lvl9 Warrior is shown as lvl3...annoying and useless is this site...

Same problem, the only character I have online is the one I made in the Character Creator. Although I've been playing for several days now, and with a DIFFERENT character!

Funny thing, all those days it did not update one bit, but after I complained on the forum - voila. Is there some sort of synchronicity at work? 8=)

I get an error on the title screen that it can't connect to the Dragon Age storage servers.

Yeah, seems manual saving isn't guaranteed to work. Mine hasn't either.

Wish they'd just have put in a button "Upload Player Profile" rather than us trying to figure out why it's not uploading by itself.

Since Im on XBox 360 I can say that manual saving isn't guaranteed to work since we dont have Quick Save.



I really hope a Dev will help us out soon.

I don't even know what EA Account my DA is logged into. It just auto-logged in the first time I popped in the game.
