Thanks, that fixed it for me. I'd noticed that my update times were current on each character in my profile screen, but the stats and achievements still weren't showing up. It turned out that both of those flags were set to "0" in my settings file.

Got a good deal of play in today.

Just stopped and checked here - and all my achievements are up to date, including ones I got probably a half hour ago.

My character, however, is still where she was as of the 4th.

My old (and long deleted! - both ingame and from the website) characters still re-appear every time I log in to my website account. Don't tell me the system is working. Its not.

I've noticed that my achievements are updating just fine (the ones I've gotten on my level 14 rogue are there, but the rogue simply isn't), but my characters are not.

It would be nice if we could manage/delete our screenshots soon.  I wonder if that feature being off has anything to do with it?  My online capacity is full (I didn't realize they were auto-sending), but the manage feature is disabled, so can't change it.

My main character gear, skill/talents and story got updated for the first time in 11 days. Pretty sure it updated last night. I seem to have the right gear but I'm not sure about the story.



My achievements were always up to date. I'll check that .ini file when I'm home tonight.

Heh, no luck on my character showing up at all, but did get a couple more achievements on that character that were there within like 30 minutes (3, actually, sided with Branka, didn't destroy the Anvil, and got the kills achieve for a rogue talent - 250 - not Whirlwind, but a different melee one).  Strange how somethings update nicely, while others simply don't (like the character getting those achievements not being listed at all).

Tried everything and (besides achievements) NOTHING updates. I'm 12th level...still says 7th. Don't know why this annoys me so much - but it does, lol!

They probably just should give us a "Upload Profile"-button under Player Profile ingame and everything would be fine cause I couln't care less if it takes the system one or several hours to update the character page, like it does when you upload a screenshot but whats really annoying is that you don't even know if your data has been uploaded at all...

There's a file under \\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Logs which should be DragonAge_1



I've tried reading through it, and seeing where it has problems uploading and not.

I'm not sure I'm understanding it all (as I don't know what calls it is answering) but maybe Bioware could use those files - I wonder if they already get copies of those files if you have the right online options checked or not.



Anyone computer savvy should take a gander at their .log file and see if they can figure out something.



I've played, and manually saved, with the .ini both with 0's and 1's in those spots that initially had 0's to no avail.

So, after a week w/o updates, my profile just got updated... almost. My character is now listed as level 19. Of course, at the moment he is really half-way through 20, but it beats being listed as level 8. So, I guess patience is key :s

Tried the .ini edit, hasn't worked. Level 18 now, 42 hours of gameplay (I tend to take my time? =P) and my Story tab hasn't updated since like 12 hours in, which was my first day playing. The thing I hate is when companies try to convince us all is working fine and its our fault...This thread wouldn't be 13 pages if they just said "We are aware of the issue with characters not updating on the Bioware Social Networking site, we have our team currently addressing the problem in hopes to resolve it in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience." But instead we get jerked around. I don't even really give two ****s about the character updating as it doesn't adhere to my gaming, nor was I aware of this website when I pre-ordered the game, but to completely dismiss something that is quite obviously an issue of their own...Is simply ignorant.

didn't work for me. i've got over 9000 hours with my warrior character, which i beat the game, but he is still level 1. shame.

It is a shame. This social site seemed like such a good idea. Wish they could have gotten it to work.
