Hmmm. My characters had been updating until a couple days ago. Now, nothing. And nothing since the update today. I even played a bit, saved a game, checked here, then waited an hour. Nothing. Still showing my 11th level mage to be 9th level.

my main character updated.. a character I made last night got added but never updated... a character I made and have been playing right after I made my first character never got added, let alone updated.

Made the settings changes to my .ini and still nothing.  My achievements and screenshots are all there, but my character still shows up as a Level 1 with no kills or any other stats saved.

Now if only the recent achievements could be fixed; mine is still showing Harrowed & Tactician. :happy:

The way your character data updates is when you go to your player profile we check if there are any changes to your characters. If there are changes then it will put you in a queue to update your character data. It will only check for changes a maximum of once every half an hour. Once in the queue your data should get updated within an hour, maybe two if the site is really busy.

With the fix we made today it won't have detected anything on your character has changed unless you played that character today. To change your data you should play the character or try changing some equipment, save the game and then look at your online profile. Then wait about an hour and see if it updates.

Mine is still not updating, still showing my Mage L12 when he's L20 and I have a 22 Rogue now too and a 3rd mage at 17. My achievements were up to date so seems just the character still not updating.

this seems to be a very common problem. achievments and screenshots are updated nicely, but characters are not.

if nothing were updated  i'd think that the site is seriously messed up, but at least it shows that ithe site is partly working

And all achievements have just disappeared.

My character was updated yesterday but I can't access her profile anylonger nor any other for the past days. It says "no online profile allowed for this game" or something like this...

Character still hasn't updated and has never updated. No profile, no achievements/trophies, etc. PS3 version. I've been playing every day, sometimes twice a day and usually find a piece of equipment or level or something that changes my character that would send it for an update. But still nada, nil, nothing, zilch.

Mine still do not update. I have finished playthroughs on 2 of the characters in my profile (the bottom 2 don't actually exist anymore), so I tried loading the prologue saves and tinkering with equipment, saving, and opening the profile in and out of game last night and they are still not updating. The mage is 11 and the rogue is 9 when they should be 22 and 23.

at level 18 I had well over 25 saves (I save a lot)

Uh... I have 500 main char saves now... And that's only because there's 500 limit.
Anyway, I have 2 more new (one 4 level, second - 5) characters with few saves, they not appear here at all.

I keep only 2 active saves (plus the auto-save) to rotate(I over-write the old ones), just in case things go wrong with one so I'm not that far behind, so I don't think the save issue affects me.

As a followup to my previous post. My character finally got updated this week from level 5 to level 11. Yesterday night it finally updated fully to level 12. Story seems complete too I think.

So at this point I have, changed equipment, made a hard save, leveled up, created a new character, viewed my profile, and waiting an evening to see if anything updated, still nothing. I think there are still some kinks to iron out.

I agree with that assessment after doing virtually the same things and not getting updated myself since the 9th which I have beaten the game two more times since then and neither character is online yet...but my achievements are up to date alot of which were attained by said characters...
