Simply adding my voice to the chorus. No character updates since the 10th, although achievements continue to show up. Dozens of manual saves across multiple characters.

Interesting. My profile was updating fine. However I downloaded and installed The Stone Prisoner, Blood Dragon Armor, and Feral Wolf Charm on 2009-11-17 between 21:00 and 21:50 in-game but before I resumed playing my last save.



My profile currently says it was last updated 2009-11-16 13:43:52 which sounds about right to me. The next time I played the game was on 11-17 after I downloaded those 3 DLC packages. I've played the game twice more since then and my profile still has not updated.

Same problem for me - profile not updating for last several days. It was working after I downloaded the Blood Dragon Armor & Stone Prisoner. It stopped around the time I downloaded the latest patch and the Warden's Keep (or whatever it's called). That may be coincidence, though. Oh - and the character and screenshot managers have NEVER worked.

For some reason my characters are always shown in their starter gear. No matter what it equipped when they update.

I have tried about every suggested fix for this issue, and my online profile still can't be updated. I run the PC (Steam) version of DA, I always launch the game through the Launcher option on startup and DA has firewall exceptions. I have manually saved, and that does not force an update.

What does work:
- Achievements update almost instantly.
- Newly created characters appear on my profile with all of their stats and equipment, but with no portrait/full body pictures, just broken images.
- Screenshots upload fine.

What doesn't work:
- My first character hasn't been updated since like 11/6, and all subsequent characters have not been updated beyond level 1. (I've beaten the game twice.)
- Aforementioned character portraits.

It would be great to see some kind of fix for this before, I dunno, January. I would hope this is fixed before the next DLC comes out at least.

What task manager are you talking about? The Windows task manager? Mine doesn't have a "services" tab, only a "processes" tab, and the only button at the bottom says "Kill Process."

Eh go to run and type in "services.msc" and that'll bring it up. Although the service in question is for DLC.

Thanks for that.  I've changed it to Automatic, so we'll see if that does anything, but so far nothing.  I haven't had a single problem with my DLC stuff.

Still no update for me since 11-11. I played off and on last night from 7 to 4am, with manual saves and level ups. I do have the updater service set to manual.

No updates for me since 11-16. I use the launcher and save manually. No new characters show up. Achievements show up instantly, even for achievements on the new character. I tried uploading some pictures to see if that would trigger it to update, but it always times out when it's at 100%.

My achievements will update but not my character. It still shows me as level 7 but I finished the game with him Tuesday at level 21 or so.

Posted last time at 2am and missed something. ONE of my characters is up-to-date. When I dl/ed the Warden's Keep, I played through it with one character - and that one seems to be current. The other 4 characters I had at that time are not, they have not updated since. And the one new character I have made since then (deleting several others) has not appeared at all.



Oh, and while my achievements are almost up-to-date (one is missing), my screenshots are not. And, as I said above, the managers don't work.



I have just changed the update settings to automatic, I'll see if that changes anything.

I'm still having the problem here too. I log in quite often and it's only updated about 5 or so days ago.

My 11th level character has finally updated!



Looks like that switching to automatic may have done the trick. My other two characters on my profile haven't updated yet, and my new character I created a day or two ago hasn't even shown up, but I think if I play them a bit and save them, then they will catch up, too. At least, I hope so.

We have deployed yet another patch to resolve some more syncing issues - the queue had been massively backed up, but is now chugging through as expected and should be caught up within about 6 hours.

Is that patch specific for PC, console or both? Just wondering 'cause I still have no profile pic even (console user). But my stats and equipment seem to be square.  I appreciate that y'all are making an effort though.

EDIT:  Just checked, the story element seems to be working - sort of.  I mean I can click on them now and read whatever, but I definitely just saw something my character hasn't done or even gotten to the point of doing so I'm a bit miffed about stumbling on the spoiler.  (And it was a pretty big one.)
Screenshots are still nonexistant, but at least there's a message saying you guys know that.

Both my characters and screenshots aren't updating; it shows no screenshots, no characters. Okay, at first, I wasn't logged in  but now I'm logged in all the time and NOTHING!  help pleeease?
