Mine's definitely not updating either. It's still set to when I was level 3, and I'm 8 now and not wearing chainmail armor anymore. Same as others, my screenshots seem to upload as well as achievements but no other details. I've done multiple manual saves.

Ya Mine isn't either, I started a new character aswell, but it still shows my old character, and he was level 14, but it said he was level 9.

Looks like a lot of us are in the same boat. Doesn't seem to matter what version you running either cause I am on PC and did the manual save, cleared cache, logged out then in restart my machine and almost everything in between. Still not updating for me.

Is everyone who is having the problem going into the game through the game's exe or through the launcher? I'm about to try starting the game with the launcher instead of directly opening the exe to see if that works.

Yup, always use the launcher did nothing. Also manual saved, like i always do, and no change.

they havent been updating for a while. I launch directly from the exe (i put the exe in my steam list and launch from there. This is not different than what I usually do. and I'm level 9 now and still says my mage is level 4

I am still not updating and I have tried all the suggested tricks/hints. Thanks for all the replies, and I am sorry to see that alot of people are having simular problems. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

360-----It took 2 days for my character to show up, but achievements appear immediately. My stats and equip list just updated---but visually, it still shows the initial equipment, which is annoying---it's literally days behind the stats. Even stranger, it has correctly updated the equipment list several times---but has never visually shown them---which IMHO is the most important thing. Went from chain to scale to dwarven mail---but it still shows light leather.

Interestingly, I just used the PC character creator this afternoon, and that character has already shown up.

note: there a sticky at the top of the technical issues forums saying they are updating the servers that store profiles/screenshots/etc. for the next 3-4 hours still, and it might be why they aren't working right now (as they blocked out 12 hours to do it). Hopefully once it's done, we'll see these issues fixed, or at least minimized.

Well, that don't explain why mine hasnt updated since the 5:th. Well, it say that it is updated but it still is saying that I have no characters.

My main hasn't been updated for a while. I did make a new character last night and she has been uploaded. So a pre patch character not updated but a new one has been.

Ok I started the game from my Desktop Shortcut, clicked Play from the Launch menu and then checked my in-game menu Player Profile.  I went back to the BSN and my player profile had updated immediately.  I had been always starting the game from Quick Launch and apparently it was not updating.  This update is a correlation but not necessarily a causal relationship.

My character hasn't updated in forever, either. And I still have the "33 of 9" online photos problem AND I do manually save and I load from the launcher.

My character hasn't updated since the 5th either. Reports me as Level 8 when I'm now level 16. The thing is, my achievements and screenshots update regularly. It's hilarious that the Social Site stats list me as having killed 120 enemies, yet I have the killed 250 enemies without taking damage achievement. :|

I've been playing every day since the 3rd yet my character has yet to upload to the site at all. All my achievements seem to be there, but that's about it. The only ones there in my profile are the ones I made with the character creator and one of those didn't even upload with a profile picture. I've made sure to log in every time I play so I really have no clue as to what's wrong with my character.

Mine stopped updating after the first night I played (Wednesday), so stuck at level 4. The story section looks like it lasted another day or so but has since stopped as well.

What somebody else said seems to have worked for me. I started the game (bought STEAM Digital Deluxe) via the Launcher rather than just starting from the shortcut to the EXE on the desktop or from within the STEAM My Games list. I then did a manual save, exited, and it updated all of my character's stats on the social site.

Here's the weird thing for me...

I only started yesterday, and when I first checked into it, things seemed to be uploading just fine. My achievements were showing up, and the last time I checked, it was showing the 'most powerful foe' killed as being Gazarath (and he was, at that time), everything was updating great... I log out of the game, grab a bite to eat, come back and check my profile, and I had been *reverted* back to level 2! All the achievements, kills, levels, xp gained, *EVERYTHING*, was wiped off and reverted back to level 2.



Now I cannot even get any screenshots to upload. Either it SEEMS to successfully upload (but doesn't) or it gives me an error message about losing connection. However, I was able to purchase and download the Warden's Keep just fine.



Stats if it matters: Windows 7 PC with a DVD installation of the game.
