I'm playing the PC version and was able to get my profile to update within minutes by starting task manager, clicking the services tab and them clicking on the services button at the bottom. I then changed "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater" from manual to automatic. I then resaved my game and my profile was updated within seconds.

Tried this yesterday - still nothing.

Sorry for the double post - skipped a page while reading posts and missed some new info (darn). I hope the fix posted 2 hours ago works (fingers crossed), and that the character/screenshot managers get going Monday (mine have never worked - and my files are not 'full', less than 50 out of 100).

One of my characters finnly updated. Well, partially. My level is now 23, skills are ok, items also... BUT my Story stopped at level 13 and didn't update.

Jeff Rousell told me that this problem is related to game, not the site and suggested that i should contact EA customer support. I contacted them and now waiting for their response.

So this issue related to non-english versions? I'm Russian, I do use russian version of windows, so, naturally, some paths to files which game is using must be in russian. But I purchased my copy from Steam (Deluxe Edition, pre-purchase if this matters), used original English version all the way and never switched to russian or any other version. I really do hope that this issue is really resolved and my stats will really be updated soon.

Hmm, it does seem that it is still not working quite right, or at least not as quick as reported it should. Achievements seem to get uploaded and updated just fine, but the rest of the character details, including story, does not. Ah well.

Well, mine still isn't updating. I guess I'll hold out till Monday and see if deleting screenshots will help.

And mine isn't updating either. I'm playing the English version of the game anyway, so I guess language shouldn't be the problem. I guess there is nothing more to do than to wait.

Same problem here. My character is actually at level 7 but on the site it hasn't even shown up although I bnormally play when I'm connected to the site. That's depressing.

Same here, I only have 3 characters active right now. I had 5 but deleted most of them and started again. I need to remove it all and update my current characters.

Mine Updated once a few days ago and has been back to not updating ever since still.

Could this be related to the patch? I looked at my Dragon Age.ini, and both upload screenshots and upload stats were set to 0, even though they are checked in the game itself and I haven't changed either of them manually.

I looked at the .ini file too. There are 2 functions in online options which are disabled by default. Those are AutoUploadAchievements and AutoUploadStats. There are no options in game or config utility which affect those and turning them on manually doesn't seem to do anything.

Yea, plus it seems that even with AutoUploadAchievements set to 0, the game does it anyway, so I would guess it would be the same with stats.

Looks like that switching to automatic may have done the trick. My other two characters on my profile haven't updated yet, and my new character I created a day or two ago hasn't even shown up, but I think if I play them a bit and save them, then they will catch up, too. At least, I hope so.

you're lucky, i did that too and nothing updated.

Yeah, well, it hasn't updated since.  I'll try launching from the DALauncher instead of steam, but I doubt that's the problem.  I know I got a message once when I first started up the game this morning saying that it timed out trying to synch to my online profile.  I rebooted the game and haven't had the message since, but also haven't had any new updates.

Heh, not an hour after I post that, my profile updates to indicate my character is level 12. (Mind you, he's level 13.) May just be a huge backlog.

My achievements are updated really quick...but characters never updated...

On my profile page i can see only characters from Character Creator...

I've deleted CC long time age but it seems it's still uploading these characters, but none from actual game...

I've got game installed over week... and it's polish version with latest patch 1.01b

Looking forward to some fix..

My character Alysha still has a broken portrait. Only issue remaining.

EDIT:  Deleted characters appear to stay deleted now that I've tried a second time.
