We have just re-enabled the manage character and screenshot functionality. We fixed it so if you delete something it should stay deleted from your online profile.
Files will come back if you play a character you previously delete or if you re-upload a screenshot.
Thank you for the feedback! I'll try this right away!
So far my deleted character I never played with seems to not be coming back!

my screenshot count is broken too
You mean ingame? Remember that the count is for the screenshots saved online on this site, not the ones ingame.

Take a screenshot by pressing printscreen.
Go to player profile ingame, switch to the screenshots tab, select the recently taken screenshot, and hit the 'upload selected' button. This will cause a progress bar to appear on the upper right corner of the window. I tried this like 5 times, the first 4 times, the progress bar froze, and the whole upload process timed out. The last time, it worked, and my whole profile got updated.

Hah - I've got 21 screenshots on this site, but according to the uploader there are 100 files and online storage is full, so no more will upload. I suspect this is why my profiles are not uploading. There is a conflict between what the game says has been uploaded/is stored online - and what actually appears here.

Do. This. Now.

Hmm.. what someone wrote earlier actually seemed to work for me (or it is just purely by chance). I disabled under in-game Options to Upload character profile, played a little while, did a Save from the menu and then (5min or so later) re-enabled the Update character profile (and did another Save). My profile nearly instantly seemed to re-sync with up to date stats and gear. Give it a go and see if it work, it can't hurt I guess.
This seemed to work for my profile, so for me, it had nothing to do with screenshots (wich I am having issues with (95/100 with only 27 showing online), but according to another post here it should be a new build up now that should fix this (soon?)). I guess it might be more than one way to kick-start it, unless it's purely by chance that this happened for those of us stating it might be something that works :-) --Hopefully it works to both disable and enable Upload character profile or manually uploading a (player captured) screenshot. Then again, in the post I link to here they do mention a new build having been deployed, so it could purely be because of this that those of us with updates are getting them. Hoping that soon everyone see their profiles up to date at any rate.
Only thing I can see that is wrong with my Player Profile at the moment are these 'hidden' screenshots (but I guess that will fix itself soon) and that my character Story doesn't show any of the Achievements I got between the 16th and just recently now, but as long as they are displayed in the Player Profile, I couldn't really care less, the Story is in fact showing, wich is what matters to me.

But hey, I might be wrong and it might have just been a major coincidence.

My solution had nothing to do with the screenshots you have already stored, or taken. It would seem that when you manually upload a screenshot you have taken yourself, you force a full update of your profile, and your characters in the process.

does not work i tryed it earlyer today i press upload and nothing happend at all no progress bar nothing
edit: i just tryed now and still nothing (it s a screeshot i manually taken)

The problems I have been having with uploading screenshots manually at times, is the reason why I would hope that going into Options and disabling Upload character profile, then returning to the game and playing a bit (perhaps just doing a Save (as in not a quick-save)), then going back into Options and enabling Upload character profile, followed by playing again and performing (another) Save (since BioWare posts have stated that Saving with Save triggers a profile update), would fix the issue for some more people (than just me and sticks435). Perhaps allow for up to an hour before writing it off as not working.
none of those work , i ve been playing since release day and the only chars showing are the ones i created before the game came out on the caracter creator , so yeah i waited more than 1 hour

Just spent the afternoon planning and starting a bunch of new characters with a much better idea of how to get on. But somehow, mystically, my online files are STILL full and at 100.

So i figured out what stopped my profile from updating. I'm using Russian version of Windows and one of the folders in the path to saves was named in Russian (D:\\\\\\\\(cyrillic name)\\\\\\\\BioWare\\\\\\\\Dragon Age\\\\\\\\). When i renamed this folder in English and played for a bit my character updated just fine. Seems that DA:O is really sensetive about any non-english data, at least Steam build is.
i bought the game from steam and my windows is english but it still dont update my data. maybe thats just a coincedence what happened to you.
i actually given up all hope. i have total 144 hours of gameplay, beaten the game twice, but still not a single character update. even the customer support doesnt help, its been 5 days since i sent my damn question. guess they all are too busy counting the cash they generated from sales.
and of course, you can bet your ass that i wont buy a single DLC untill it is fixed
