My issue is pretty interesting. I go to the DA:O Xbox 360 page, and it shows one of the dozen or so achievements, and the one it shows is the most recent. Then If I go to manage my character profiles, it takes me to the DA:O PC character page, and nothing shows up.

Well, I just went to check mine again, and it updated @ 2:43 am this morning. There must either be one hell of a backlog, or Bioware needs to add some more gerbils to the updater.

I am having the same problem, one of my characters is showing as a much lower level, and the other is not showing up at all.

I'm currently level 8, but mine is still showing level 3. Screenshots and achievements are updating fine.

It's doing the same thing on the PC version. My characters haven't updated, but some of the achievements I've gotten updated.

It's a bit demoralizing that my character updates aren't being uploaded anymore and my portrait disappeared.



We were supposed to have some sort of pseudo MMO experience going on here.

Yes, I am having the same problem.  My XBox 360 character profile exists but has no image and is tremendously out of date.

The FAQ suggestions changing armor or a weapon and re-saving. It would probably be a good idea if you also knew you were connected to the DA servers when you do that. I haven't verified that this FAQ works however.

I'll bet anything that it is an accurate dipiction of where you were as of the posted date: 

For example, my profile was Last updated 2009-11-06 15:41:07 and is probably accurate for that date and time.  Still don't know why the pics aren't posting.

Just to verify, some of you have DA for the 360 and your characters pics did post OK?

BTW - Does we have the screenshot ability in the 360 version, we wonders, yes we does?

I absolutely love reading the character 'story'/'chronicle' of the stuff I've been doing in the game. Sadly, this, as well as other information is very delayed - hopefully they'll be able to sort out their servers and have this service run smoothly.

I deleted my online profile just to see what would happen. I expected nothing would upload since it's been stuck at the last update of Nov 5th when I was level 4. Oddly, it re-uploaded my level 4 profile despite the fact I am level 12, but with the new date of Nov 9th.



Perhaps the profiles aren't being updated because the data being sent isn't changing for whatever reason?

Same problemo, PC version here. Am level 16 at the moment, shows up as 7 and last uploaded 5th of november.



Some kind of official response would be appreciated. I love the initiative, love to show off ma awesome gearz and story choices and whatnot. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I noticed this in the FAQ too and it was the first thing that I tried when I got home last night but it's now been at least 16 hours and it hasn't made a difference - will wait and see what if anything happens over the course of the day...

This has got to be a caching issue on the application server. You're looking at old data that the App Server hasn't refreshed from the database yet...assuming it uploaded successfully to the database.

My character stopped updating around level 7, now my stats are all fuxxed up, and it only has, in my story, my stuff up to level 10. Now I'm level 14 and it still hasn't updated much. It gets my achievements pretty fast though.

They should really fix this and quick. I'm lvl 13 in-game and it shows up as lvl 1 on the site.

Last updated 2009-11-05 05:45:21 as lvl 6 and I am level 14 and today is 11/9/2009



it says its updated my stats today by the date it shows, but it indeed has not updated

This is starting to tick me off, actually. I've done every single thing I could think of to get my character to update, and it hasn't. I've logged out, logged in, loaded, reloaded, hard saved, quick saved, made sure the updater thing was running... none of it has worked. It's ridiculous, and there's no explanation for it, since I believe there are a ton of people it's still updating for.

Exactly--I've seen people who get an update a day it seems, always showing their latest equipment and stats---yet there's people who have NEVER gotten a "visual update" to their character after days and days. (like me)

I read in the FAQ section (I think) that who got priority for updates also had something to do with how many times your character or your profile had been viewed - does this strike anyone else as silly?? Maybe it's just me, but I assume the majority of the people on these forums don't constantly go through their friends profiles all day hitting refresh??



What was wrong with giving everyone's update equal priority in the queue??



Or for that matter why we can't 'request' an update which might be handy for those of us currently having issues...

All of my achievements disappeared on my profile, not in my game, but on here. My mage finally updated itself, but my Human Warrior hasn't seen any love in a long time.

i was just about to post in this topic but i decided to go and refresh my profile a few times and then suddenly it updated

BahamutDuo it sounds like your EA account has a default persona that is not your Xbox 360 gamertag. I had that same problem.



Go to EA's website, sign in, and then click on your name. Scroll down to default persona and click your gamertag. After that, it should go to your 360 page when you view your player profile.
