Some people are getting regular updates. Somebody I know has had 2 updates in the past 24 hours, whilst myself and three other people I know haven't been updated in days. The one person who has been getting updates has the Steam version, whilst I and one of the others have the 360 version, 1 has the retail PC version and the other also has the Steam version.



So, it doesn't seem to be tied in to any one particular version.

Looks like my new character is updating normally. The character that I made first, not.



Think it stopped updating the first character after I got an error message regarding the game not being able to connect to the servers quite some time ago (logged into the EA account just fine, however), atleast it hasn't updated at all since that (even though I haven't received the error).

Mine finally updated this morning. I didn't do anything differently, just waited forever and eventually it updated.

You can add me to list of folks not getting updated. Only my achievements are here, went so far as to destroy my entire BioWare account to try and get things sorted out, it was a bit extreme - I admit. Of course it didn't work, just left me having to re-register stuff and more frustrated. Hopefully it gets sorted out, but it'd been four days and more than two characters all saved manually. With this account we're moving on to day 2.

edit: seeing my join date here makes me feel like an idiot - just wasted my time deleting crap. Ah @#%!, lesson learned.

it was working for me for awhile, the character info was behind a day or so, but the achievements would upload almost instantly.



it shows my main (Morkai) is lvl 10 still but he is lvl 15 now, and my two others are a couple levels higher than posted currently.



I did make sure I am logged in and it's the correct account. Did not know if I was the only one, evidently I am not

Neither my PC version nor my 360 version are updating. It is really frustrating.

I hope mine updates soon. I'm on level 11 now and it still juist shows back when I was level 3.

Same here it's been showing as lvl 7 for almost a week now. I'm using the xbox version. Achievements are also gone. There were there before.

As an experiment I just "deleted" my main character, Tyrri, from my profile on here. She disappeared from my list of characters, and all my game stats (save achievements) went with her.

Now let's see how long it takes for her to be re-uploaded, and what gets uploaded at that. At time of delete on here it said she was level 3. She is currently level 8.

In frustration, I've gone into Windows Firewall and added exceptions for every executable I could find in the bin_ship directory - daorigins, DAOriginsConfig, daupdater, daupdatersvc.serv - let's see if any of that makes a difference.

I have the X-Box 360 version and my level 15 character with Champion speciality still reads as level 6 while the log acknowledges that she advanced to level 8!

At least your log is updating, mine stop updating 14 hours in to the game, I'm now 30 hours in. The achievements still update though, so it's getting some information from somewhere.

I'm on the PC and mine isn't updating. My achievements and screen shots do, but not the character.



Any news on this one yet?

I have both the xbox and the PC versions...neither are updating correctly

My picture isn't showing up (as you can see). My character (Daylen) hasn't updated in days. And my new character hasn't shown up at all. I'm using a Xbox 360 CE version of the game.

This is so weird to me! I'd understand if it was happening for everyone, but it's extra frustrating to see friends get updates multiple times a day while mine hasn't updated since the 5th...

My character stoped updating after the first day i played the game.

I do save, tried to relog and use steam version. It stoped working for me when i downloaded my first DLC i think.

By the way, for some time achievements were updating but characters weren't. Right now both achievements and characters stoped updating.

Whats really odd is I had a guy from the character creator who never uploaded a proper portrait, so i decided to delete him today. Not long after i did this he reappeared with a portrait and everything

It was almost as if the other updates i tried were stuck on the server for some reason and came through only when it wasn't trying to replace data.

Interesting - the ones I emphasized in italics are different in my .ini - the ones that seem relevant are AutoUploadAchievements=1
AutoUploadStats=1
which my values were zero.  I changed them to 1.  Let's see if that makes a difference over the next couple days.
