Character profiles not updating?

my stats seemed to return to what they were before I deleted Tyrri. Maybe as a result, maybe not -
but Tyrri's story updated dramatically. It is still behind where I currently am, but it is much closer to where I am.
We'll see what else updates in the next day.

Any suggestions?
I'm trying to get into this site and support Bioware and all that jazz, but this is proving very vexing indeed.
Any help would be appreciated!

I look forward to your next report on this. I rerolled my mage Garrett last night. My profile still shows him with the old black-eyed puppy-dog look.
Has anyone ever tried deleting the character profile on the Social.bioware.com site, then starting Dragon Age?

pc version.
btw if you guys who are playing console versions have a decent pc: you're seriously missing out. it's a 10 on pc, it's an 8 on consoles. (imo.) performance, interface, everything.

As of now the only thing that updated different from the 5th for me was the story part for Tyrri, and that happened almost immediately after I changed the .ini file. Nothing has changed since then.

Ah, there's the rub. Likely my console cost less than your graphics card. Since my employer provides a laptop, I haven't bought a personal PC in ten years. Don't have the $700 - $1,000 to get a machine capable of playing current games.

Wow... you seriously think it costs that much for a gaming quality PC?
I spent about $800 on my PC.
Vista 64 bit
Quad Core, working at over 8 Gb RAM
nVidia GeForce 9600
Big sound card, extra fans, DVD writer drive, bunch of extras
22" monitor, new keyboard and mouse... everything...
I run Dragon Age on max.
Meanwhile, I bought my PS3 for about $750 when it came out.
Yes, I could buy a new console now for about $200-300... but then the next one comes out... and the next... and I have to buy the new ones... for more money than it costs me to toss a new graphics card into my system, or buy a bit more RAM...
PC's are FAR cheaper to keep up with compared to consoles.
My second computer is about 6-7 years old now... didn't cost me much when I got it. Cost me about $100 to upgrade it so it can run Dragon Age smoothly.

BUT, there is no way you can argue that getting a console costs more than getting, and maintaining, and upgrading, a PC.

Is it just me or does it seem like theres always one of these two kinds of posters in every support thread?
