And the results almost immediately -

my stats seemed to return to what they were before I deleted Tyrri. Maybe as a result, maybe not -

but Tyrri's story updated dramatically. It is still behind where I currently am, but it is much closer to where I am.

We'll see what else updates in the next day.

Mine still says lvl 1 and my picture is blank, however my achievements update. I am playing on the Xbox 360. I tried everything in the FAQ and it does not seem to be working.

I've been playing since launch day and while it IS updating my achievements, not a single character has been updated. I play on the xbox 360.

Any suggestions?

I'm trying to get into this site and support Bioware and all that jazz, but this is proving very vexing indeed.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have 4 characters and it's still saying I have 1 character.

The very first character I created is the only one listed and the info for that is not up to date.

I'm using xbox360 version

Same problem, achievements and screenshots are up-to-date, everything else is not. (PC) Aside from that, this whole profile-online-thingy is pretty awesome :) as is the game

I look forward to your next report on this. I rerolled my mage Garrett last night.  My profile still shows him with the old black-eyed puppy-dog look.

Has anyone ever tried deleting the character profile on the Social.bioware.com site, then starting Dragon Age?

The fact that this problem exist doesn't bother me as much as the fact of lack of communication from Bioware's side. I just finished my first playthrough yesterday night and I am totally blown away by the game. Everything is awesome and epic and whatnot. But I really like the idea of being able to share your character and achievements with the rest of the community, and this idea once again is amazing. However there is a problem, and people complain about it. I can't imgaine no one from bioware hasn't read the OP and some comments on this thread. I sincerely hope it's not too much to ask to acknowledge and/or explain the problem and something can be done about it. Because now it feels like nothing is done and I just have to stare to my level 7 character tab and 3 other toons which I deleted but aren't removed permanently every time I do :P

It's unacceptable that they don't even acknowledge there is an issue. I'm going to try my luck opening an EA trouble ticket.

360-- It's been a week and a half since a created my first character and I've finished the game with that character and the only thing that shows up are my achievements. I've created 3 other characters since then and none of them have showed up. I've gone over everything in the FAQ thread regarding this issue and there's still no reason why my characters wouldn't show up. I mean if the achievements show up then the character should, right? I also made sure that the two boxes are checked in regards to approving the uploading of characters and achievements to the social site. There have been many threads regarding this issue and it seems to be a lot of the 360 people who are having this particular problem, but I haven't seen any recent responses from BioWare about this. Has anyone else? If you have please direct me to it. I know they have their hands full with other things too, but just a simple, "We're working on it." would be great to hear/see.

same, still nada. it's completely not updating at all, even though i'm logged in 24/7 while playing.

pc version.

btw if you guys who are playing console versions have a decent pc: you're seriously missing out. it's a 10 on pc, it's an 8 on consoles. (imo.) performance, interface, everything.

Hrm... Just went to go look at my profile and it shows that my rogue that I finished the game with only as level 6 and I just started a brand new game with my mage and it's actually current showing the mage at level 7. Weird.

If I wasn't intent on finishing the game before starting another character through the game I'd try playing a different character just to see if it makes a difference.

As of now the only thing that updated different from the 5th for me was the story part for Tyrri, and that happened almost immediately after I changed the .ini file. Nothing has changed since then.

Ah, there's the rub.  Likely my console cost less than your graphics card.  Since my employer provides a laptop, I haven't bought a personal PC in ten years.  Don't have the $700 - $1,000 to get a machine capable of playing current games.

Wow... you seriously think it costs that much for a gaming quality PC?
I spent about $800 on my PC.
Vista 64 bit
Quad Core, working at over 8 Gb RAM
nVidia GeForce 9600
Big sound card, extra fans, DVD writer drive, bunch of extras
22" monitor, new keyboard and mouse... everything...

I run Dragon Age on max.

Meanwhile, I bought my PS3 for about $750 when it came out.

Yes, I could buy a new console now for about $200-300... but then the next one comes out... and the next... and I have to buy the new ones... for more money than it costs me to toss a new graphics card into my system, or buy a bit more RAM...

PC's are FAR cheaper to keep up with compared to consoles.

My second computer is about 6-7 years old now... didn't cost me much when I got it. Cost me about $100 to upgrade it so it can run Dragon Age smoothly.

No offense Adam, but I think your numbers are a bit on the... lets say conservative side. Although, I admit I usually build/spec for the latest MMO and the last time I did was... a year, maybe two ago?... so the prices may be different now...

BUT, there is no way you can argue that getting a console costs more than getting, and maintaining, and upgrading, a PC.

Oh and still no update on my profile. It instantly updated some achievements I earned 20 minutes ago, but still shows 0 characters.

Is it just me or does it seem like theres always one of these two kinds of posters in every support thread?

Been playing since release, but the only thing that was (since I just deleted that one) on my page was my character I made with the Character creator. I have a lvl 16 mage which doesn't exsist and a level 9 rogue which also doesn't exist. This is kinda weird.
