I'm on my insanity playthrough of Mass Effect 2 and I'm at the collector ship right now about to pick up a new weapon. I was wondering if you guys think I should pick up the M-98 Widow Anti-Material Rifle (the sniper rifle that you can give legion, also the most powerful sniper rifle) or just the ability to use assault rifles.

Well, the Widow is extremely powerful (and I've heard you get more ammo per thermal clip with it) and Infiltrators are meant to be snipers, so I'd say the Widow.

Go with the Widow, IMO. The thing is just too powerful to pass up, and it just looks/sounds so freakin' sweet.

Put a save in, try both options, stick with what you think works best for you.

I'd love to stick with the widow but I don't know if 12 shots is enough. After I'm out of bullets on my sniper rifle, I feel my other guns are completely useless.
