I bought the game via steam, have an account on both the EA site, and online for the game (even have the DLC to go with). Now I find I need to register my game to the social site AS  WELL (!!!), but some reason won't take the only serial key I have left.

Steam is only giving me one serial (was 2 before, now only displays one after I got the Shale DLC), but it's only 1111-2222-3333-4444 unlike the 1111-2222-3333-4444-5555 which the the social site is asking me for, so it is refusing the only serial I have left.

Any assistance would be grand.

I'm having the same problem and would like to download the toolset, but can't because I can't register the game.

I just bought the digital collector's edition from Steam and am experiencing the same issue.

same problem here, bought it off steam (regular), I only have one key. It wouldn't work for registering but it worked under the "redeem" option which i think activated my DLC. I want the toolset and it won't let me download it until i register.



has anyone else figured this out? everywhere i look its people talking about the deluxe edition and all i bought was the regular. One of the main reasons i bought this game was so i would have access to the toolset!

I am having this same issue! I bought the deluxe edition from steam and when I try to register my game to get the toolkit, I notice that my CD key according to steam is 1111-2222-3333-4444 unlike what the sit says with the added 5555.

Looks like you need to launch the dragon age launcher, go to configure -> game and then at the bottom there is the product key you need to enter in order to register.
