i'm playing since 2 days, so i'm still in my origin quest. During dialogs and explorations I never heard my character talking .
When i will hear the voice of my character? Only during combat? Not during dialogs? In the main quest?
Never?

To select the type of voice for what?

Unlike Mass Effect the player character is not voiced during dialogue. The voice heard is only during combat and when toggled to do things such as opening locks, doors, chests and using abilities in combat. Grunts and short phrases.
This is the style used in most RPGs such as DA:O until Mass Effect was released.

Strange choice. Not hearing your voice seems to be not so immersive or Role Playing. I think hearing your character voice changing in "romantic" during intimate encounters, or in "aggressive" during heated discussions, help you to empathize with your character.
