So i'd like to know what other people have found in terms of specially triggered dialogue (usually bringing a certain person on a mission in my experience).

I'll list mine

Mordin Recruitment: Garrus, talks about being in a Turian plagued district
Garrus Recruitment: Zaeed, talks to Blue Sun boss as chums
Mordin loyalty: Tali, when Sheppard insults the Krogan as being like a weak Quarian,, Tali says she is right there.
Normandy Ship: Giving FTL connectors to engineers and if Tali is there, she gets in on the card game.

Legion to Tali's loyalty mission with a lot of different characters at different parts.

From what I can tell, bringing Tali and Garrus onto the Citadel will eventually cause a conversation concerning the old elevators from Mass Effect. I don't know if it's caused with other characters, but I doubt it.
