Where you would you like to see ME3 take us? It seems highly likely that Earth and maybe Mars will feature at some point in the third game but do you want ME3 to focus on places within the the Milky Way or take the game outside of the Milky Way and in to dark space and beyond?

I have no idea how this would work with regards to the story (or logic) but I think it would be interesting to see our charcacters go completely in to the unknown, somewhere where no species from our Galaxy has ever been before. It'd be like when they went through the omega relay. You didn't have Garrus or any other squad member explaining the history of where you were because no one knew. It was totally alien to every species in your squad.

Bioware could really let their imaginations run wild. A journey in to space that is beyond any species comprehension. Imagine a cross between Apocalyspe Now and 2001.

Or does this just sound like a horrible idea? Posted Image

It would be nice to have a big battle on Earth, maybe even in the beginning of the game (don't know how that's supposed to work...). I think Bioware's gonna have a lot of nice surprises in stall for us in ME3.

Exactly, I want the SOL or the 'Local Cluster" to be in the spotlights for once. I want them to make the most breath-taking visual aesthetically and yet functional future Earth possible. I want to wander around, my jaws dropped and have another reason to fry the Reapers.

Both. Have a big climactic space battle in the Sol system, defending Earth. Then, after it's done and only Harbinger is left, have Shepard and his team follow Harbinger into dark space in the Normandy to kill him once and for all.

Earth! More citadel, more of the already established locations.

Maybe start inward and work your way out? Chances are that no matter who sticks around from ME2 we'll have to do some recruiting.

The only real possible enemy that we know of are the reapers themselves. So if it starts off with Shepard assisting the alliance or whomever in the initial few battles and then realizing that despite not being taken by surprise and not having their leadership and military coordination crippled the reapers will still inevitably win. So then Shepard recruits some more people, goes out into dark space, to do some sort aoe attack that will cripple all reapers.

Yeah I quite like the sounds of this. Have sort of a two act structure.

Actually, even better would be to have the Normandy travel to dark space with stealth systems engaged, see the size of the Reaper fleet in person (with most of them still hibernating), and engage in some covert mission to destabilise their wormhole or destroy their mass relay, etc. Then, just before they're successful, Harbinger manages to get through and travels straight for Earth, leading to a climactic battle in the Sol system between Harbinger and Shepard's accumulated allies.
