Has anyone any tips on this? I keep spoken to him but I've just completed Virmie and nothing even slightly romantic. I've done his quest so we're friends but really want to get involved and see how it goes across, if at all, to ME2. Any tips would be great!

Sadly, you can not romance Garrus in ME1 =( You can be friends, but that's all.



However,



Spoilers:::



If you complete his quest and allow him to kill Dr. Heart, his personality will carry over to ME2 as "Renegade" - if you arrest Dr. Heart, he will be "Paragon" in ME2. I suppose it's somewhat similar to "hardening" your Dragon Age party members.



That's all that will carry over regarding Garrus in Mass Effect 2. The only real difference between the two is that you get different dialog.

You can't romance Garrus in Mass Effect 1. Best you can do is earn his respect and convince him to reapply for the Spectres and if that fails A) Go back to C-Sec(if you're Paragon to him) or Quit C-Sec for good (if you're renegade to him).
