no spoilers here just saying after I beat the game why cant i go to denerum or red cliff or some where other than my camp and the dlcs. I just would like the option to do the bultion board missions and the side quest I missed. would be nice if every oen saw me as the hero of fereldon and cheered as I walked by but im not holding my breath. i would jsut liek to walka round a bit.

You can't because the game's over.
The longer answer is that the writers would have to make sure that the rest of the game world reacted in the proper way to the fact that your goal was accomplished. That's an awful lot of changes for so little purpose. They expect that if you want to do side-quests and the like, you'll do them during the course of the game.
