Sadly, I have had to spend hours on these forums attempting to find ways to get my DLC for Bioware games running (and sadly, after investing more than 6 hours, I have not yet had success), and much of my time here has been hindered by at least one broken element on these very forums themselves.
Running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8, at least, I have found that this website is in need of optimization: It turns out that if I have the "Remember me" checkmark checked (which is the default on this website), then it appears that I can log in, but doing so prevents me from posting, viewing my PMs, or otherwise interacting. I always must log in anew, and I must always remember to uncheck the default check mark, and even then I am not guaranteed being able to post. This is salt in my wounds, since I really do, at one point, want to get my DLC functioning.

God what is wrong with these forums? Now there has obviously been some change and you can no longer log in with your board name, only with the email address, yet all of the other problems still remain. Is there any reason for this? Odd, didnt Bioware used to have normal, perfectly functioning UBB boards? Why a change for the worse, and no help? Don't North Americans have a saying "If it isn't broke, do not fix it"?
