Hi!
I noticed that Samara's lookout on her relationship towards Shep depends on whether Shep is paragon ("nice to be on team, feel free to call for my help again after collector mission") or renegade ("nice to be on team, some of your actions wicked, will kill you after collector mission").
BUT: her jugdement seems not to be tied to any specific action you take during any mission (whether she is in your party or not). Instead it seems to depend just on your renegade score. I played >90% paragon and am pretty sure Idid nothing that would cross her codex. But then I played around with Gibbed's savegame editor to get the renegade score and scars up. Results: Samara tells me she's deeply unsettled by some of my actions and will have to kill me once her oath is fulfilled...
Did any renegade players remember/test whether there are specific (in her eyes unjust) actions that would trigger her kill-the-wicked-obligations?

I hope it isn't based on simply having a higher renegade score than Paragon score, cause even as a Renegade you don't do anything THAT evil...

I don't think so: after cheating 100% renegade (and before) I talked to her in a friendly way. I think it's plain simple either a certain renegade score or renegade > paragon. I was hoping some renegade players could point to specific events that would trigger her warning/threatening you.
