Hi.
I buy warden's keep for 560bioware points. I get a mail with instruktions how to download it. but when i go there it is nothing i can download :S. Some1 can help me?. What should i do to get my warden's keep. I have pay for it :S.
Buy for bioware points but i get nothing.

Dragon Age uses an automatic downloading mechanism. Once you log into the game with the same email address and password associated with your account, DLC is supposed to download automatically.
There are enough hiccups with the process that there is a rather extensive Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ
Once simple thing to try first is to make sure you Dragon Age Origins Content Update Service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game:
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
