Crown of Creation is now moving into the Build phase. We already have a talented international team with a good mix of skills, but there's a lot of work to do, so we could use help with
  • Level art
  • Cinematics
  • Coordination
We're aiming to produce an excellent adventure to professional standards.

We already have a storyboard and a technical framework, and we've delivered campaigns for other games, so we know what we're doing (well, more or less).

Coordination roles have been established, but we'd ideally like more capacity in two areas - technical integration and the non-technical organisation of voice actors.

As a team, we're inclusive, self-organising and sharing. Our adventure will focus more on story than combat, with explicit adult content and strong language.

This isn't for everyone - if you like to work for a benign dictator with commercial prospects on inoffensive hack-and-slash, look elsewhere - but if this sounds good, send me a PM!

We have a VO lead now, but there's still plenty of fun stuff for artists and technical integrators to do.

You can now see exactly what we're doing, if you like, at our internal development site. MAJOR SPOILER WARNING - this site is full of our game secrets and other stuff you might not want to see.

We could still use a bit of help, especially on the level art.

Things are really starting to gel on this project. There is a lot of work to do, however. The good thing is that the workload is very well defined and someone could join in and easily take a small job here, a small job there, etc. Many hand make for light work. You know the saying!

I think you will find that it's a great way to "get your feet wet" with the Toolset without having to worry about all the complexity associated with trying to make something yourself.

Proleric continues to personally shoulder 99% of the work on this mod. He is doing a great job at everything he touches, but it sure would be nice to have a few more folks to help with the lifting. Most everything that you would need to know is already detailed; it's just a matter of doing the actual tasks.

Just a friendly bump that we're still looking for folks that want to put their Toolset skills to work, or, maybe you can learn more about the toolset by helping out?

I'm delighted that one or two new people are getting involved now. There's still plenty to do, though, if anyone else is interested.
