I just want to say that Mass effect 2 is awesome, (I beat the game 3 times, last on insanity mode) and had a big improvement than it's predecessor. That said, I would like to make a few suggestions and comments:

1) Acquiring resources is tedious. Please make it easier to make resources more available in the future.
A suggestion would be to have an upgrade that makes it easier to launch probes and harvest resources on different planets.

2) Money is scarce. Hope we can sell some of our resources and gain money. can't fully upgrade everything on my first play though.

3) Mass effect 3 should have a little bit of strategy, like providing resources for other races to aid you in your last battle.  You probably can command an army and send to aid different colonies / planets to defend from Reapers/Collectors. From there, probably more upgrades can be acessible. just my 2 cents.

4) Please show Tali's face on Mass effect 3! Show how quarians really look like. If I could only take off a mask of a dead quarian in ME 2, I could have a gist how they look like.

5) Please add more side missions content and make it more rewarding than adding a little bit more experience / money / resources. Characters like Zaeed and other future characters should have more dialogue options when you visit them in their respected locations.

6) Please show a conclusion on all races in the ending of mass effect 3.

7) Please bring back old characters like Ashley and Liara on ME 3. Return the old romance option from ME 1.

8) Please don't kill off Sheperd on ME3 ending. Perhaps it can be one of the options but I hope it can be a wholesome more satisfying ending than its predecessors. He's just too bad a** to kill.

9) Last, please make the game longer in the future. ME 2 felt really short, in my opinion. I finished ME2 three times already and I'm already so excited to see the final part.
